Thank you 3D box with flowers

Hello my crafty friends,
Have I told you lately how much I love my Silhouette Cameo?  The challenge over at Artistic Inspirations was use pearls or anything goes. Be sure to stop on by and see what the talented Deign Team has come up with for your inspiration. The image is from Sassy Studio Designs.  I had a friend visit from NJ and we were talking about how we miss some of the things we can get in NJ but not here in Fl., like Drake Devil Dogs? LOL  She sent me a care package with Devil Dogs and other goodies. I had to make a special card.  (I love the results and I can see using it as a Mother's day or birthday card too.)  I had purchased box cards over at Silhouelle Stores this one is Design ID #56149. I added a new touch on the inside elements with free clipart of a rose bouquet. I used Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Embossing folder on the panels. The sentiments and labels are also printed and cut with the Silhouette. I put them on pop dots as well as the image for depth.  I also have been playing with pony beads.  The front of the card has 3 pony beads I baked them in my toaster oven. outside. ( It will stink up the kitchen if you use your house oven.) I will post some of the pictures in another post.  Of course I used my Spectrum Noir markers TN1,2,GG1,2,FS1,3,TB2,BT2,3. For the base of the box card  I used the fill feature and a paper pattern from Jessica Sprague collection I purchased on 1 Buck Wedneday.  Thanks for following me and stopping by today and leaving your comments.  They keep me crafting on.  Have a happy crafty day!

Hello My Friend

Hello my crafty friends.
I don't know where the time goes.  I've been laid up with a bad knee this week, and my creative mojo took a hike and I can't catch up with it. LOL.  Thank goodness for my Silhouette Cameo print and cut features.  I used it to print the Hello on the boarder and print and cut the scallop layers. For sparkle  I used Stickles Diamonds.  For the base card I embossed it using the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Embossing folder. My Spectrum Noir markers are never far away. I used BT4,TB1,BP1.CT2,GB6,CT4,FS2,3,8. The image is from Kith and Kin for the challenge over Pinspirational Challenges.  Be sure to stop by and see what the talent design team has for your inspiration.  Thanks for stopping by and following me on this creative journey. Once my mojo comes back I will have more projects and ideas to share with you. Have a wonderful happy crafty day.

Happy Easter

Hello my crafty friends.
Another Easter bunny. Have you got your egg dye? Today's image is from Robyns Fetish. I used my Spectrum Noir markers and the pearls, flower and mat paper is from my stash. The sentiment was stamped with memento black ink and is from My creative time stamp Easter stamp set.  I'm running late (hmm, does that remind you of another rabbit???) in posting. This card is for the challenge over at Craftitude Challenges. Be sure to hop over and see what the talented Design Team has for your last minute inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful Easter.

MOTHER'S DAY BOX CARD

Hello my crafty friends,
I lost my mom in September and this will be our first Mother' day without her.  My mom loved roses. I'm going to send this card to my sister who was really close with my mom.  I purchased a box card #56149 from Silhouette . It folds flat and fits in an A2 envelop. I changed the inside elements to a rose bouquet that I found for free online. The layered mats were cut from Provo Craft paper pack I had in my stash for years. I used the my Silhouette Cameo to print and cut my mom's picture, rose bouquet and sentiment mat.  The flowers were from my stash. I believe I got them from JoAnn's Fabric.
Thanks for stopping by today and sharing this time and your comments with me. I love reading them. Have a wonderful crafty day.

Leader of the Pack

Hello my crafty friends,
I couldn't think of a better title for this amazing image from Aurora Wings . The challenge over at Artistic Inspirations was to create a monochromnic design.  This was my first attempt at monochromatic. I watched the TV series Vikings to see the colors they wear.  I believe I captured their look.  I also wanted to create a little more dimention and interest in the card so I used the Silhouette to print and cut out the frame that surrounds the image.  I put the frame on pop dots and placed it over the image.  I used Spectrum Noir markers and I used Stickles Diamonds to show the icy background.  I'm really pleased with the results of this card. Thank you for your comments and a warm welcome to my new followers. Let me know you stopped by so I can come visit you.  Have a happy crafting day.

In the dog house?

Hello my crafty friends,
Today's challenge at Craftitude Challenges is to use corrugated paper. I didn't have any, so I used craft paper and my crimper for the affect on this doghouse card.  Have I told you how much I love my Silhouette Cameo lately?  The doghouse is Silhouette file# 4533. I used the print and cut for the sentiment and accessories. The grass is also a Silhouette file #56521. Can you believe not a sparkle anywhere. LOL.  But I did use my Spectrum Noir markers on the "Get along little doggie" image from  Meljens Designs our sponsor today.  Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comments. I love hearing from you.
