Thankful for my friend's sense of humor.

Hello my crafty friends,
I am getting so busy getting ready for Thanksgiving I forgot to send a card to a friend of mine. Thankfully, she has a good sense of humor. I know what she'll get me for Christmas this year. A calendar with the date marked so I won't forget next year. LOL.   I thought this image says it all. LOL  The image is from  Beccy' s Place and for the challenge over at Give a Crafter a Cookie Be sure to stop by and see what the talented DT has for your inspiration. I used the Silhouette Cameo to print the sentiment, card and cut it. Yes I did use my Spectrum Noir markers and it seems like the one's I need to use are dry. No worry though I have refills.   I just need to set some time aside to refill them. Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comments. I love hearing from you. Follow me as I have a few more 3D projects I'm working on for you. Have a happy crafty day.

With Thanksgiving coming soon I made these Gobbler's treat boxes. They would also make good place settings by adding a name on the front or they can be used as napkin holders. This is from the Silhouette Store ID #51405. They are having their Thanksgiving items on sale for 25% off.  Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments. I look forward to hearing from you. Have a happy crafty day.

Let the Winter holidays begin

Hello my crafty friends,
Baby it's cold outside. LOL Winter is moving in just in time for the holiday season projects to begin. Here is a snowglobe I created for the challenge at A Song in your HeArt. Be sure to stop by and see what the DT has for your winter inspiration.  The image is from Fresh Brewed.  I used Cuttlebug embossing snowflake folder as a background  and used Memento sky blue ink to add a touch of color.  I also used Tim Holtz tea dye ink around the edges of the base pieces of the globe and sentiment shape.  The image and the sentiment are on pop dots for depth. Of course I used Spectrum Noir markers to color the image and the Silhouette Cameo to print and cut the project.  Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments. I'm always happy to hear from you. Stay tuned for more 3D projects coming soon. Keep warm and have a happy crafty day.

Happy Fall Y'all

Hello my crafty friends,
The leaves are turning colors and weather is getting chilly. Today's card is for the challenge over at Pinspirational Challenges. Be sure to stop by and see what the talented DT has for your winter inspiration projects. The image is from Fred She Said. I had a little dog that love to jump in the leaves. Seems she always did after I had it racked into a big pile and then I'd have to start all over again. LOL.  I used the Silhouette Cameo to print and cut the base card, sentiment and image.  I used Memento sky blue ink for the sky and Spectrum Noir markers on the rest of the image.  Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments. I have a few more projects coming up due before Thanksgiving. So stay tuned and follow along as I get my DT challenges posted. Have a happy crafty day.

I'm pleased that I have my first Thanksgiving project for you.  It is a box card that will fold and go into an envelop for mailing.  And it will make a nice display on a desktop.  I made this for the challenge over at Decorate to Celebrate where all the challenges are for 3D projects.  Be sure to stop by and see what the very talented DT has for your inspiration.  I'm please with the way this box card turned out. It makes me think where I was a year ago  and how far I have come on this creative journey.  Thank you so much for your comments. They are what inspire me to continue with my creations.  I can't promise yet, but I'm hoping to have a series of Christmas cards and projects coming soon. Thinking of You.

Hello my crafty friends,
Here is a non holiday card. LOL. As the holiday season starts I do think of my friends and family that live far away. It's nice to let them know your thinking of them if you don't talk to them very often.  This card is for the challenge over at Give a Crafter a Cookie. Join us and enter the challenge which is inspired by images of cookies. This card actually reminds me of the times my mom and I would have a cup of tea and cookies. She is now gone one year and I still miss her.  The images I used are from Robyn's Fetish. I used Spectrum Noir markers and Stickles diamonds. For those of you who follow me must of been wondering if I lost them because its been so long since I posted about them. LOL.   I also embossed the base of the card with Cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder. The sentiment is a stamp from Stampin up tiny sentiments.  The flower above the sentiments is from my stash. Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your comments. I love hearing from you. Stay tuned and follow me as the holiday train will be leaving the station soon.
